Pours very dark red ( not even brown !)
Good white foam , fasting faster thzn the foam on the blonde
No real smell
Sweet , but to light to me.

Aroma: Roasted malt, caramel, fruit.
Body: Medium body, ok carbonation.
Flavour: Caramel, nuts, fruit.
Draft @ Bierbrasserie Cambrinus. Fairly clear deep amber/brown with a thin beige head. Aroma is toffee, raisin, spice and bread dough. Clear ruby red to reddish brown beer, creamy irregular off-white head, bit stable, adhesive, nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: yeast, bit cheesy, some caramel, milk chocolate, little fruity, hint of dried fruits. MF: low carbon, medium body. Taste: caramel start, little bitter, bit metallic, green banana, hint of mocha. Aftertaste: some chocolate, bitter, metallic, hint of mocha, some hops.

Draught at Cambrinus, Bruges. Pours a deep amber-brown with a small semi-lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, yeasty and fruity. Flavour is quite fruity, yeasty and sweet with a hint of spices and some nuts. Medium bodied. Pretty good.
