Pours a pale color with nice white head. A pretty mild ale, but not too bad. More or less what you’d expect from a new brewery.... But, that said, I’m excited to see what happens as this brewery develops! BVery (11239) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - APR 28, 2012
Bottle at the Casanova Beer Cave festival. Clear amber pour. Nose and taste were earthy, grain, some caramel, and some citrus. Just okay. fidelis83 (2498) - Clinton, Iowa, USA - APR 16, 2012
Pours a clear dark orange with a 1 finger, creamy white head. Aroma is sweet malt, light caramel, fruity esters, citrus hops and orange peel. Flavor is caramel, cereal grain, toasted white bread, citrus hops, a fairly strong minerality and orange peel to the finish. I think this probably has actual orange peel in it. Palate is light to medium bodied, creamy and slightly slick on entry, lightly, but sharply carbonated and has an off dry, creamy and slightly chalky finish. Pretty average APA, the orange peel taste is not all that pleasant for me. jmohno (1652) - Iowa, USA - APR 14, 2012
