Bottle at the Casanova Beer Cave festival. Clear amber pour. Nose and taste were earthy, grain, some caramel, and some citrus. Just okay. Ughsmash (7502) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 9, 2012
Bottled. Poured medium orange with a sticky off-white head. The aroma picked up orange meat, light fruits, and biscuity malt, with a soft, sweet overall impression.. non-offensive, but not a lot going on. The flavor found heavier biscuity malt and caramel at the core.. light orange and sprucey bitterness around.. finished with tacky residual sugars and sharp-ish carbonation. Lighter-bodied with moderate-plus carbonation on the palate.. just an OK feel and flow.. serviceable, but that’s about it. wlajwl (7213) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - MAY 11, 2012
Aroma is malts and earth, similar to an EPA. The flavor is malts, citrus and hops in the finish. Somewhere between an EPA and an APA due to the hops being behind the malts in the flavor; not bad, just closer to an EPA than an APA. dwyerpg (6498) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAY 14, 2012
This is an okay pale ale. Smells fine. Looks are a bit poor. Head disappears quickly. Flavor is pretty average. Some hops and medium body. Alright. JPDIPSO (6300) - Wauwatosa, USA - JUL 10, 2016
Deep amber color with a smallish beige head. Scents of pale malt, grains, resin and herbal hops. Sweeter start, not much but a little cereal, and touch of pine and citrus. Fairly dry finish with a light acidic linger. 2/12

The aroma is very clean and slightly metallic with a soapy hop and a pale like malt. The appearance is golden with an amber hue and a huge head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is average. Overall not much to like here just another pale ale, very rookie. jmagnus87 (3302) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - APR 12, 2013
12oz bottle from some gas station. Pours a clear dark orange. Aroma is mostly grains with a little citrus. Taste is medium bitter. Pine abd citrus with some biscuity and caramel malt. Medium bodied with a texture bordering on thin. Meh, its an ok beer, but not really that special. fidelis83 (2535) - Clinton, Iowa, USA - APR 16, 2012
Pours a clear dark orange with a 1 finger, creamy white head. Aroma is sweet malt, light caramel, fruity esters, citrus hops and orange peel. Flavor is caramel, cereal grain, toasted white bread, citrus hops, a fairly strong minerality and orange peel to the finish. I think this probably has actual orange peel in it. Palate is light to medium bodied, creamy and slightly slick on entry, lightly, but sharply carbonated and has an off dry, creamy and slightly chalky finish. Pretty average APA, the orange peel taste is not all that pleasant for me. jmohno (1679) - Iowa, USA - APR 14, 2012
