Lubiere (14151) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 5, 2013
A golden lager with a thin white head. In aroma, a crisp biscuit malt with grassy character, mineral notes, German hops, OK. In mouth, a crisp malt with German hops, light and honest, but nothing special. On tap at Bens pub, Kingston.

UPDATED: SEP 6, 2012 2012-01-06. Crisp dark yellow body with a nice frothy off-white head and lace. 3+ Sweet floral and fruit, noble hop character, light bitterness, floral buttercup like hops linger in the finish but the overall impression is of sweet pale malt. 6+ Aroma has similarly sweet floral buttercup hop character. 6+ Smooth average plus palate. Okay, not really to my taste. On tap at Burger Bar, Toronto

Can, sent by Robbie. Deep golden clear with an average white head that retains nicely. Lightly toasty bready malts subtle floral hop notes. Better than expected.

[4228-20120106] Tap. Cornbread burger oil aroma. Clear, yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Straw-beery yeasty flavour has a hint of sweet toasted petrol in the finish. Light-medium body. Average, not bad. (6/3/6/3/11) 2.9

czar (9430) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 12, 2016
pours clear very pale golden with a small bubbly white cap offering minimal retention and lacing. pale lager fruitiness with light (unfortunate) rotten fruit notes; touch of caramel - the same stenchy one found in macro lagers, strange earthy and peppery notes, metal, other minerals. moderate carbonation, light body - oily; assertive/unbalanced grassy-spicy-earthy finish. gone bad perhaps? weak pale lager.

solidfunk (9407) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - APR 27, 2013
Pours golden with little head or lacing. Smells a little rank. Taste sours after a few seconds. Another run of the mill lager. Why bother? On tap at Victory cafe.

Hansen (8615) - Assentoft, DENMARK - SEP 20, 2014
Golden coloured and clear. Has a white head, medium duration. Crisp aroma, some yeasty notes. Soft, sweet flavor, faint bitter finish. Creamy texture.

(Rating #7147)

Where and how: LCBO, can 473
Aroma pleasant malty notes, good depth, solid meadow like Noble hop character. Dry green at walls. Solid. 7+
Appearance :
Top: poured medium sized with sparse lace.
Base: hazy on golden pale plain
Palate : medium full bodied, soft, tad chalky, mild carbonation, worty, clean.
Taste: blend of Keller with Bohemian. Just right balance of hops and malts.
Other notes well I be damned, lil hidden gem for lager lovers.
