Hapi Daze. Its a prototype for a possible future session ale, but in this early form at 5.4% ABV its a little strong to be considered a session beer.

330mL can. BB 08/12/16 Hazy pale gold body, fluffy white foam. Grainy, toast malts, spicy herbal & tropical fruit hop on nose; subtle nose. Medium body, nice creamy sort of texture. Opens out a bit more on the palate - nice cereal, toasted bread crust sort of malt going on, spicy grassy hops take a slight backseat but good balance. Past its best but an enjoyable brew.

On draught. The beer is golden. Tastes crisp and grasslike. A bit of fresh pineapple but with the crispest finish of any pale ale i have had in a while.

Pours a slightly cloudy golden colour with a large off white head . Unfortunately the large head disappears quickly in the heat of the day. Only light carbonation here , but thats ok Slightly floral when 1st poured cold but A touch of grass and dried apricots on the nose develops On the palette, an initial touch of peach with even a hint of raspberry/ blackberry which is followed up with pine and grapefruit as the glass developed. Another top beer from the Garage crew
