Restrained aroma in a light gold pour. Similarly restrained hop balance leaves the malt body to dominate the taste (which happens to be an enjoyable fruity one). Finish is nice and clean and well sustained.

Pours amber, small head. Nose shows caramel, piny hops, resinous hops, a bit of a weird vegetal-like note too unfortunately. Flavours include piny and resinous hops followed by biscuity malt.

Sampler @ GABS 2016, Melbourne. Pale blonde beer, creamy head. Punchy nose, grassy, resiny, spicy, mixed fruit punch, light toasty note in support. Tremendously well balanced - was expecting a bitter hop bomb - smooth palate, juicy hop characters with greatly tempered bitterness.

330ml can into tumbler. Gone in an instant. I’ve got a cold, so my taste and smell faculties are not 100%, but this beer certainly cut through. Pours slightly cloudy amber. Aromas of everything: juicy fruit, tropical fruit, citrus, pine, etc etc. It tastes of everything; all the above and quite orangey here and there, but nothing dominates, which makes it a little un-complex on one hand, but very smooth and easy-drinking on the other. Delicious. I’ll have another when I’ve got rid of this cold.
