COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Glows a warm, hazy. Complex fruit (orange and tropical fruits) and spicy aroma. Medium body with pleasant sweetness, a zesty-lemony fruitiness and herbal-spice finish. A refreshing, elegant and crisp Belgian-inspired wheat ale.

Pretty boring wit. Cloudy lemon colour. Aromas of faint coriander and grains. A bit if citrus on the tongue. Finishes watery and bland.

Howler from Steinbach LC. Cloudy yellow body white head and some lacing. Tart citrus and sweet wheat Aroma. Pretty typical semi-sweet witbier tastes. Not bad.

Growler. Straw yellow in colour with a bit of haze and moderate carbonation. Aromas are of Meyer lemon, lemongrass, and cream of wheat breakfast cereal. Fruity and herbal on the palate, with notes of lemon, coriander, marjoram, and malted wheat. Light bodied. Less spicy than some in this style, which is a good thing in my book.

Aroma of Belgian yeast, cloves, and pepper. Pours a hazy golden color with a well laced white head that disipates quickly. Lightly carbonated with a watery feel. Tastes of Belgian yeast and cloves with a slightly metallic finish.

exeter (536) - calgary, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 5, 2014
Poured a nice hazy golden colour. The head covered the top all through the drink and left ok lacing. taste of citrus fruits and banana, with a little spiciness. Had a bitter end finish, unusual for Wheats, not horrible, but different

reebtogi (6341) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 29, 2014
341ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a huge white head that settles quickly and leaves some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemon zest, yeast and some caramel notes with some spices. Taste is a spicy and citrusy hop bitterness with a grainy malt sweetness finishing with a dry yeast. Light bodied with generous carbonation leaving a zesty tingle on the tongue. A really well done witbier that I am sure any beer lover would enjoy.

BrewGoblin (632) - Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, CANADA - JUL 5, 2014
Pretty good and a welcome sud-bud on a hot’un in Atlantic Canada. Enters the glass a hazy gold and smells of wheat, honey and slightly spicy Belgian yeast. Taste is light sweetness with bubblegum, honey and wheat greeting the t’buds. A nice light refreshment for a summer’s day.

Bottle. This was a nice change from other witbier, as you did taste more tropical fruits and spices than normal. It was very refreshing with its zesty finish. Perfect for a hot Halifax day.

Not bad in away but disappointing. Hoegaarden is better bang for the buck. I’d drink this at a party, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again.
