Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is flue, fruits, toffee and some mild alcohol sweetness. Flavour is fruity, gluelike notes, mild toffee and some alcohol. Quite one dimensional and rather boozy, so not that enjoyable...

Sweet and sour aroma - rich too. Very belgian. Full body, sweet and maybe a bit squiggle. Super soft, and very easy to drink. No wow features, but I’m starting to get palate fatigue perhaps. Solid nonetheless. REvisit - soft malty aroma. Full and yeasty. An adequate belgian.

2013) Clear reddish brown with a small head. Sweetish toffee maltiness in the nose with vegetably notes and some alcohol. Caramely-toffeeish flavor with Belgian yeastiness, fresh fruit, not much bitterness. Medium body, soft CO2. A solid, fruity Belgian strong with alcohol well hidden.
(Bottle, 0.33 l, at HBF2013) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had Belgian style yeast and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A very lager-like beer. tiong (7667) - Espoo, FINLAND - APR 20, 2013

Pours dark orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malts and farmyard. Taste is malty and sweetish with hints of fruits and syrup. Finish is spicy and malty with hints of fruits. Quite malty and spicy Belgian ale.
thanks to Yves to share this beer at my home amber coloured body with an off white head and a spicy fruity malt aroma a dry fruity malt hoppy taste and a alcholic bitter finish JorisPPattyn (10072) - BELGIUM - DEC 12, 2012
Medium, amberish-tinted dense & fine head over clear paler amber beer. Nutty nose, hazelnutoil, caramel : sweetish-nutty. Initial hint at acidity, then faint bitterish-caramelly flavour with clear signs of oxydation/ted malt. Feels way more carbonated than it looks, bit slick, but light body. If it realy carries 7% ABV, then that’s too much for runners; for the rest it’s inoffensive. tderoeck (10313) - Gent, BELGIUM - NOV 8, 2012

Little cloudy amber beer, some small chunks floating around, creamy off-white head, bit stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, some peaches, passion fruits, bit dusty, piny touch. American hops? Think so. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: some citrus, fruity, jam, piny bitterness, sweet malts, big sugary. Aftertaste: sweet, some caramel, sugary, overripe fruits, bit sourish.
33cl, new exclusive brew Anno 2010, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex brew, spicy/sweet and slightly floral/alcoholic, heavy, yet balanced, cloudy, small head, nice brew
