Deep reddy orange, lightly hazy, large frothy head. Initially fruity aroma, turns nutty amd hoppy quite soon. Carbonation is a little harsh, lively in the mouth. Taste is a little alcoholic, and has several savoury components, and a touch of burntness to the malts. However, the overriding direction is a tingly bitterness. Big biting finish. As you dink it, the harshness subsides and it ends up being very tasty indeed. And the finish remains long.
Color is a hazy dark orange with quite a big head. Smell is ok, taste pretty good, lightly bitter. Good body and nice carbonation. Dedollewaitor (16360) - Odense, DENMARK - FEB 27, 2013

Bottle - Grain and bready sweet malts. Bit hazy copper with a rich beige head. Slight sour bitterness, caramel and bready malts, booze and fruity finish. Dry in the end and actually quite nice, but I couldn’t drink more than a glass.

Bottle, 8.5%. Weak sugary aroma. Hazy brown colour, small head. The flavour is OK malty, slightly sweet with a hint of cream. Some marcipan to flavour along with a little rough bitterness. Rough and mild in a good combination. High carbonation and good alcohol level. bhensonb (15627) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 26, 2007
Aroma of stone fruit and yeast, almost berry or cherry. Deep reddish amber color with a beige head that was vigorous and laced a minim. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, something of a tart cherry flavor. The malt is something yeasty or musty or earthy, and the finish is kind of balanced between the malt flavors and some fruit bitter, like sucking on seeds or pits. This real ale needs to be slowly sipped. Fantastically rewarding. Ratman197 (15228) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUL 7, 2010
750 ml corked and caged bottle poured a clear amber with a lasting light amber head. Aromas of carmel and light fruittiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of light carmel and light fruittiness with a crisp lightly fruity finish. Nothing special here, definitly not worth the $10! gunnfryd (15176) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 4, 2012
