This is my favorite French beer I drink a couple every night. It is now available in 33cl bottles. It is interesting how few people described the beer accurately as it is flavoured with orange zest and coriander. Goudale responds well to being chilled. Gayant brewery also make beers that are sometimes sold in Lidl these are great value and well worth buying I just bought 7 cases of Abaye beer in 75cl bottles for 1.5 euros a bottle - very good value. Tastes like a less alcoholic and less flavored Goudale. Damn shame the beer had ben pasteurised. Would love to try unpasteurised Gayamt beers.

From 750ml bottle. Poured with modest head which dissipated rapidly to minimal head retention. Modest aroma of bitterness and white wine. Tastes of base malt with a decent hint of modest bitterness. Not a bad beer

Bottle, 75cl. Pours a clear golden amber beer with a small white head on top. Aroma of mostly yeasty esters and grain, hint of honey and cinnamon. Flavor is mildly sweet, grainy, bready and yeasty. A hint of white fruits in there, alongside some boozy notes. Mild carbonation, long sweet finish and overall a bit dull. Ok.

Fles gedeeld bij vrienden. Helder goudgeel bier met weinig schuim. Aroma is kruidig. Smaak van mout en hop. Nasmaak is hoppig en een beetje wrang.
