bottle, pours deep mahogany with a tall tan head. All spice, nutmeg and cinnamon dominate the nose with some sugar. The flavors are everywhere. I get dark cherry, carmel malt, spice, and a creamy oat feel in the mouth. The carbonation is moderate and the mouth ends with a lingering alcohol burn and spice aftertaste. Glad I picked this up, I just wish I had more than one, this is a great Christmas beer. Habanero (4639) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - JAN 2, 2009

Tastes of yeast, spices, dark ripe fruits, caramel, vanilla, fruit, pepper, cloves, and more yeast. Medium body. Thick, syrupy, tingly texture. Lively carbonation. Bottle at Plan B, Copenhagen: Pours copper/ruby with a small creamy head. Aroma is yeasty & spicy - a bit weak compared to taste. A bit overcarbonated. Soft & OK mouthfeel. Taste is dominated by spices - coriander/cinnamon. Light sweet, warm & pleasant!
Hazy to cloudy orange umber color. Big bubbled fluffy taupe head. Toffee and spices of nutmeg, cloves, ginger and allspice. Heavy spice flavors from the start. Toffee and fruit cake flavors unite. Rum sweetness. Somewhat burning in feel. Actually the feel itself is smooth and light, but the burn kicks in an roughs things up. Some nice flavors, but a bit rough in spots.
