Bottle at GBBF 2006. Brown/russet colour with lasting mid beige head. Toffee-ish hop. Banana esters on aroma and a bit of vanilla. Bit fizzy in mouth, but I like it.

janubio (761) - SPAIN - AUG 2, 2006
Bottle. Brown reddish colour, medium head with big bubbles, not lasting much. Aroma of chocolate and plums. Taste of caramel, some spicy, pepper. Not very strong body. It’s not bad, but I find it some dull and plain.

Hazy dark bronze-coloured with a good off-white head. Yeasty and fruity aroma. Sweet, fruity and malty flavours that finishes quite dry. Medium to full-bodied. Interesting.

Dark brown color; thick creamy head. Malty brew, strong caramel character, light sweet liquorice, candi sugar, strong bitterness. Very good.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 25, 2005
(Bottle 75 cl) Clear, dark brown with a handsome beige coloured head. Roasted, slightly burned aroma. Marked malty flavour with some lightly burned flavours - almost has a stout like character if it wasn’t for the Belgian spicing. Very dry finish. 241205

TBone (16441) - Pori, FINLAND - DEC 19, 2005
Bottled, alc. 7.5% (BBE 2009)
Hazy red ruby color, decent off-white head. Sweet berry and malty aroma. Malty, oaky, some bitterness and sugar in finish. Light alcohol in the aftertaste. Yeast here reminds me from some other brew - De Dolle maybe?

JensenTaster (1719) - DENMARK - DEC 7, 2005
(on bottle at CPH Yeha05) Hazy red/brown, white head. Smells like rotten mash, but has a nice round malt flavour, with a slight tart zing to it. Big on the sugar in finish, please serve cold.
