COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship pale is a classic British pale ale with a nod to the legendary beers of Burton-on-Trent. Copper-colored, dry, clean and crisp with lots of late hope taste in an appetizing complex with ale fruitiness from imported Hampshire yeast.
Ingredients: Two row English malt (pale, crystal and chocolate); Cascade, Mt Hood, Tettnang and Fuggle Hops.

A basic beer, not well balanced. Drinkable, but not ratable, taste like a lot of the average pale ale out there.

UPDATED: AUG 21, 2016 Bottle into plastic water glass. Dark brown, creamy head. Malty aroma. Medium malt in the mouth, decent hoops. Medium finish. Refreshing, not overly hopped. Solid if nothing terribly special. Reminds me of Newcastle with a bit more hops.

Had as part of a flight in their tiny tap room in Portland Maine. Dark orange and clear. Malty and dank fruit taste. Blah.

More of an Amber ale in my opinion but does have a little bit of a bitter pale ale finish, resembles an American pale more than a British.

12 ounce bottle. Bright amber orange with a small bubbly beige head. Faint toasted malt nose. Dry firm toasted malt flavor upfront. Slightly citrus fruit hops in middle with spicy bitterness. Finishes dry and crisp with some astringency. Very British in character.

Very malty and dey flavored. Ends with a nice hoppy bitter finish. Leaves a malt flavor on the palate. Pours a deep cooper in color with a thick tan head. Had at home from beer of the month. Okay at best ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour from a 12oz bottle. Copper amber brew iwth off white head. Nice aroma of light malts, aromatic hops and a hint of fruit. Taste is dry up front and moderately hops foreward with some crispness showing up at the start of the swallow. Toasted malts with a moderate but complex hoppiness in the middle and finish. Good palate, good all around.
