Bottle from Mam and Dad’s Holiday, De Bierverteller, Utrecht, Netherlands. Pale straw coloured with a floral, herbal and elderflower flavour, biscuit notes and malt on the finish. Good.

33cl bottle on 25-Jun-2017 poured into a snifter glass. Hazy blonde colour with a medium sized head which dissipates quickly. Floral and malty aroma. Light to medium body and carbonation. Taste is light bittersweet dominated by elderflower. Nice and refreshing - although the elderflower does get more and more noticeable, this is still a nice beer.

Drank this earlier but never seemed to have rated. Draught beer in Amsterdam. Hazy golden with OK white head. Amazing aroma, very floral, elderflower and lychee, also cirrus; further fresh malty. Taste same: fresh, citric, lychee; moderately sweet, light bitter. OK carbonation. This is a very nice and fresh spring blond.

33cl bottle shared at home. Clear golden with a medium white soapy head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Subtle sweet and bitter tones. Herbs, elderflower, caramel and malts. OK brew.

JorisPPattyn (10061) - BELGIUM - MAY 23, 2017
Medium snowwhite head, irregular, over slightly hazy orange-golden beer. Fruity nose, fruit chewing gum, some aroma that would be elderflower, and one very closely resembling coriander. More of the same in the mouth; flavour is very outspoken and give a bitterish near-astringent impression. Dry finish. Fruit without classical fruit features. Light body, good carbonation, quite slick. In the end it is stereotypical... perfumey! I’d hoped for better these days.

Nice and interesting beer. Great blossom aroma. Full mouthfeel with flowery accents. A little too little carbonation for me. But great try!

Bottle @ home. Blonde colour with a medium sized white head. Smells floral, hops, fresh, soapy, thyme. Tastes floral, bitter, slightly soapy, some hops, herbs and spices. Thin to medium body, nice carbo. Aftertaste is a bit too harsh for me.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2017 Bottle. Color: Hazy gold to amber, white head. Taste: Citrus and floral, hints of berries, bit hoppy but mostly sweet. Nice bitter notes of hop in the finish. Nice refreshing and fruity spring beer for once in a while.

Bottle 0.33l at home Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 03.02.2017. Pour it hazy yellow color with medium white head. Aroma floral, some elderflower and yeast. Taste floral as well, herbal little bit, malty and smooth yeasty finish, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, slick feel, average carbonation.

MarcoDL (5103) - NETHERLANDS - APR 20, 2017
Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma has sweet elderflower, yeast, malt and herbs. Taste of sweet yeast, sweet elderflower, malt and floral herbs. Really sweet, although I like elderflower in itself, combined with sweet yeast the sweetness is too much.
