Cask conditioned at York Beer Festival 13. Dark brown with off white head. This was quite a bitter beer for a mild, certainly malty, bready but very dry. A good depth of flavour, some graininess. Decent enough.

Gravity cask at the Snooty Fox, London. Pours red-brown with a fine, beige cream head. Dusty cocoa nose, some milk chocolate. Light sweet flavor, some dry cocoa, toasted leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Light dryness to finish, dry cocoa, faint minerals and earth, bit of toast. Great mild, rich character for the ABV, very drinkable. Nice.
