UPDATED: OCT 30, 2009 Draught at Capone’s: Faint aroma of hops and malts. Poured deep amber/copper in color with a medium-sized, creamy, off-white head that lasted throughout. Hazy. Very sparkling. Good lacing. Flavor is slightly sweet. Tastes of malts, hops, rye, light grains, and slight caramel. Medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Boring malt finish. Plain. Boring. No hint of fresh hops.
