This is brewed by a small brewery with a brew length of only 100L. The brewer still works in the lab at Orval, and uses the yeast from there for this brew. Along with the Orval yeast this beer utilises Citra hops. For me this is the most exciting Belgian beer being brewed at the moment. Perfect pairing between esentialy an Orval and Citra hops, very exciting. However, not for you hop heads, whilst there is a clear hop presents, we’re not talking massive, very well balanced. If you get chance to get your hands on this, snap them up.

Hazy golden color with an ok white head. Ok lacing. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Moderate acidity. Malty, fruity, yeast and mild citric flavor. Decent easy drinkable beer.

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2017 Starke Karbonisierung, langsamer Gusher. Bitterer, trocken hefiger Beginn mit leichten Kräuternoten. Spritzig, minimale Säure, herb-hefig, trockener und kurzer Nachhall. Okay. 9/8/7/8/9/8

12-10-17 // draft at the brewery in Orval area. Pours a lovely hazy golden yellow beer, no reallyy head. Nose yeasty with some hops. Taste is belgian yeasty, hay, mild fruity hops, nice bitterness at the end. Quite high carbo.

Robe or pâle, fine mousse.

33cl, capped bb. - Thick milky yellow pour & white cap. Cooked rubber, dandelion milk, grasses, eucalyptus and proteins in aroma. Nice and Orval dry in mouthfeel, sadly that rubbery overcooked mint/lettuce quality interfering..a pity, bit homebrewy.

Bottled 330ml (Beergium, BB 09/2018)
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Belgian yeast esters, pineapple, mango, touch of alcohol. Light to medium-bodied. Flavour is dry, some riped fruits, alcohol, light tartness. Harsh,
