Big tan head atop a dark brown body. Minimal nose, with only faint dark malts, ash and mild coffee. Flavor starts out lightly sweet, some dark chocolate and black malts work their way in. Mild acidity in the finish. Dry linger. 4/13

A part of me wanted to rate this low considering it’s a Coors product in a microbrew age, but truthfully it’s a delicious chocolate/coffee stout. hotstuff (5158) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - FEB 14, 2015
Rated on 5-12-2013 (Bottle) This beer’s appearance is a medium sized smooth tan head, dark brown body, fast rising carbonation observed, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is roasted coffee and chocolate. The flavor is roasted coffee and some malt. The mouthfeel is smooth and thick. This beer is medium bodied. This beer is quaffable but lacks character. "Nutty and malty with a side of roast. Not bad, really. Pretty much what I expected. Not a great beer but it hit the spot. Medium carbonation. Not very dry for the style. Probably a one timer but I won’t turn it down." hopdog (12510) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 5, 2014
12oz bottle. Drank from the bottle - brown with an off white head. Roast, some earth, toasty, and caramel. Sure beats the Miller that was available at the party ... rougeau13 (3008) - Richmond, Texas, USA - MAY 9, 2014
Roasty chocolate aroma. Medium body with average carbonation. Roasty one dimensional flavor; maybe some coffee. Dark clear brown with a big khaki head. Side note: who says "little astringency" in their commercial description... I guess in that light, you could say I’m actually quite impressed with this. chinchill (4993) - South Carolina, USA - APR 30, 2014
12 oz bottle with BB date on neck of 28 July 2014.
Killians (Coors) origin leads me to expect a competent but probably mild stout. Well, surprise ... this stout is fairly robust and has some character. A wallop of dark chocolate and hint of coffee are in the mix with a moderate amount of dark roasted malts. The aroma is alos stronger than average for style.
Good balance and a fine lingering aftertaste.
Feel: Semi-dry; medium body and carbonation. Renobob (2064) - Besançon, FRANCE - APR 3, 2014
Bue à la pression. Arômes chocolat noir principalement. Mousse marron clair. Assez corpulente.
