Growler from Uptown!!! Pours a darker pale color with a solid white head. Smell is hoppy and amazing. The taste is well balanced. I tried Lucille and didn’t like it as much as this one! They don’t bottle so you better find a tap somewhere! DuffMan (10423) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 11, 2012
On tap at some pub after watching the Seahawks crush the Cowboys. I think the pub was called The Owl or something? I don’t recall because we pretty much ditched it right away and hiked up to Pike. Anyway, this was a hazy light amber number with an average white head. Aroma was a bit stinky/sweaty (but I’m betting it was the taplines in this place) with sweet fruity notes. Sweet caramel and vaguely defined fruity hops with medium bitterness. Just okay. JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 6, 2012
Tap at Siren’s, Port Townsend. Amber golden pour with a tight white head. The aroma is softly fruity and a little bit earthy. An unusual sort of tart red berry flavour. Definitely in the UK-ish style. A bit of light blackberry flavour and a little bit of soft bitterness. Okay - but not awesome.

Much cloudier pour than I expected with a thin white head. Modest lacing. Full floral hop aroma. Medium bodied, more forest, almost but not not quite an IPA. Lekker hop finish elizabethmarie (37) - - SEP 19, 2012
I am the type of person that does not get excited about pale ales but manny’s is absolutely the exception.

All around decent pale ale. Orange body with a slight white head. Muted floral aromatics with a hint of citrus. Light to medium bodied with similar flavors to the nose. High carbonation, abrupt finish. OWENSR1 (11) - Washington, USA - SEP 13, 2012
Apparently I’m supposed to fill this out. Take the numbers that I put down with a grain of salt if you will, but I’m just your average NW beer junkie looking to sample as many different brews as possible. ryecatcher (1436) - Bridgeport, Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 26, 2012
Solid offering, on tap at a bar downtown Seattle. Nice, orangey-gold color, florally and earthy, finishes nice. Drank several pints of this and would do it again.

On tap at the brewery. Apparently this is the most popular of the Georgetown offerings. (note of trivia - Georgetown brewery is the second largest tap-only brewery in the U.S.) From the ratings, it appears that the recipe varies here and there. The version that I tried was nicely put-together, but very straightforward and not a lot of hops. It had a nice body to it, and drank very easily. I’m just disappointed with the lack of complexity to the aromas/flavors. PorterPounder (7961) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - AUG 18, 2012
Seattle, Wa - on tap at Safeco Fieldhouse - Mariners-Twins Game. Medium copper pour, white head, thick lacing. Neutral aroma with a hint of fresh lake water. Flavor is slightly bland with some green tea notes, a light touch of mint, some ripening vegetable notes. Thick enough mouthfeel. Rolled the dice and missed somewhat on this one.
