On tap. Pours hazy orange with a thick, short-lived, white head. Aroma is of bready malt and citrusy hops. Full, crisp body. Biscuit malt and citrusy hops and orange fruit fill the mouth. Very pleasant, balanced Pale Ale. I enjoyed it a lot. Snegurochka (395) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 3, 2011
Sample tray at Blue Star Cafe&Pub, Seattle. Golden hazy body. Sunflower aroma. Sweet and stingy, but not very bitter. (With Stefan 19.Dec.2008) GJF (1520) - Mount Vernon, Iowa, USA - JUN 28, 2011

On Tap at the Brick in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho - used to drink Mac and Jacks a lot and have switched to Mannys when its available. Very drinkable. Pours a slightly hazy gold color. Not overly hoppy but it still has a little citrus aroma. There might even be some carmel in there to smooth it out a bit. Zeswaft (1773) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 24, 2011
Highly sessionable and generally easy to find. Moderately hoppy and balanced. A decent alternative when mac and jacks isnt available.

Draft at Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, WA. Amber body, small off-white head. Mild hoppiness rounded out by some biscuity malts. Does nothing to distinguish itself. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 26, 2011
Pint at Red Door. Dark amber. Lasting light froth. Was told that this is one of the most popular beers in Seattle. Big fruity flavours. A very nice APA. evilmonkey (3) - - JAN 28, 2011 does not count
Pours orange. Citrus and hay. Medium head with fantastic lacing. Pairs great with something like fish and chips. Something light that is made better by citrus flavors. It’s a great everyday beer, if only it was available in bottles or cans.... ericsondr (48) - Camano Island, Alabama, USA - JAN 8, 2011
This is a good general drinking beer. Nice orangey caramel color. I’d prefer a few more hops but this is a decent standard pale ale. Dtschirmer (32) - Stamford, Connecticut, USA - DEC 29, 2010
Draft at Cooper’s Alehouse. Thin white head, light hoppy aroma. Soft carbonation, medium-bodied creamy mouthfeel. According to the bartender, Manny’s is unfiltered. Assertive citrusy hops and a light, bready maltiness. A pleasant session beer: pleasant hoppiness with nice texture and decent malt character.
