Draft at Cooper’s Alehouse. Thin white head, light hoppy aroma. Soft carbonation, medium-bodied creamy mouthfeel. According to the bartender, Manny’s is unfiltered. Assertive citrusy hops and a light, bready maltiness. A pleasant session beer: pleasant hoppiness with nice texture and decent malt character. cstuartj (1020) - Washington, USA - DEC 29, 2010
Cloudy, deep orange,, thin head that laces like crazy. Very citrus nose, notes of orange, pinned and hops. Fruity, piney, hopy taste. A bit thin, finishes well. mnurda (1289) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - DEC 22, 2010

Pretty standard pale ale with not too much hop. Enjoable and sessionable, just nothing out of the ordinary.

Pours a slightly hazy orange-gold color. Light aroma of citrusy hops and bready malt. Flavor is some light caramel malt with a moderate amount of citrus and grassy hops. Some pine hop bitterness in the finish. Medium mouthfeel and pleasant slightly dry finish. Hops are definitely noticeable, but not so strong as to be overpowering. A very balanced pale ale that would make a nice session beer. KUEric (977) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - AUG 4, 2010
A hazy reddish copper gold color with a small head and a lingering trail of headfoam as you power through the pint. Aroma and flavor are of fresh floral hops. Good not great, well balanced but with a little bit of a bitter bite at the finish woodzgud (25) - USA - JUL 31, 2010
Cloudy amber w/minimal head. Lots of hoppy bitterness but not much else coming thru. Not a bad amber ale at all, but does not quite stack up to mac & jack’s amber that I had before it. Bartender at Duke’s Chowder House in Seattle advises me that Manny was formerly a partner in mac’s and split off. Beerona97 (2399) - Washington, USA - JUL 27, 2010

Draught at O’Doherty’s, Spokane, WA. Hazy amber, minimal head. Some cardboard and caramel. Mid-sweet with clean mouthfeel and fairly light bodied. Crystal malt building a shallow and simplistic malt character, low-medium bitterness.
