COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Yakima grown Czech-style Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma. Malt character is accentuated by a Bavarian Lager Yeast that ferments dry but round and complex.

My husband had this on layover at the Seattle airport. Wheat color with decent head. Has a little cooked veg/apple smell. Light cereal and some metallic flavor.

Rating #1986 - 2015.09.26 - #CraftTakesSeattle Day 3, Beer 88. Clear yellow colour, nice white foam, medium retention. Aroma is pleasant, generously hopped. Mouthfeel is bubbly and crisp, medium carbonation. Taste is hint of sweet grassy malt, dries out in the fairly smooth finish with a nice Saazy bite. Delicious.

On tap at Rays. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and hay with a hint of earthy grass underlying. Flavor is similar with lots of earthy grass and straw with a bit of hay backing.

Tap at Seatac.

Light gold pour, small white head. Doughy nose, grainy flavor, a bit sweeter than Id like in a pils, decent hops but not really the real thing. This is more like a solid premium lager than a pils, but it drinks good enough.

Very mild and easy, good taste for a Pilsner. A small hint of hops but not too noticeable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Nakameguro Taproom. Clear straw gold with a small white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Has some nice floral and perfume-like aromas with some grain and peppery hops. Taste is more of the same. Average carbonation with a light body and refreshing mouthfeel. A little more watery than crisp but not overly so. Nice dry finish. Very nice.

On Tap at Bier:Thirty Clear golden. lots of effervescence and a thich lasting bright white head. Clean light crisp pilsner flavors. A touch malty and substantial. Very good example of a style I am not typically a fan of.

On tap at Georgetown, pours a clear pale straw yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassy hops, along with some vegetal notes. Flavour is clean and mildly crisp, with grassy hops and light spiciness. Not the most interesting beer, but well-made and drinkable. Decent pils.
