Came to Seattle for a wedding and they served this and Manny’s Pale Ale at the reception. Well done. This was a very tasty pilsener. Light and crisp, but not so malty that it was still easy to go back and forth between the two beers. Really quite excellent. Clear light golden color with white head. Nice earthy spicy hop, aged pils malt aromas. Medium body with average co2. Crisp, dry spicy, earthy, herbal hop flavors with light, crisp pils malts--very tasty Capa (3298) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - JUN 25, 2017

On tap at the brewery. These guys seem to like the more session-able styles with good flavor. A light malt body was accompanied by a tight crisp hop bitterness. A nicely done pilsener.

On tap at Nakameguro Taproom. Clear straw gold with a small white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Has some nice floral and perfume-like aromas with some grain and peppery hops. Taste is more of the same. Average carbonation with a light body and refreshing mouthfeel. A little more watery than crisp but not overly so. Nice dry finish. Very nice. Very mild and easy, good taste for a Pilsner. A small hint of hops but not too noticeable

It’s good to see Georgetown finally can their beer. It’s years overdue, and hopefully it will help them get the word out about their beers outside the Seattle area, where you can find the beer anywhere that serves beer at all, or at least it seems. I’ve had this beer dozens of times in the past. It’s always been a great option when at a bar that the options are limited. A solid, trustworthy go to. Clean and clear golden pour with an oily head. Nice hop quality to pair with a soft straw aroma. Clean tasting, but flavorful. Refreshing. Strong malt backbone in a light beer. Such an easy drink. Throw down a six back and enjoy the baseball game, kind of beer. CapFlu (5127) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 27, 2007
(Draught) Sampled at Taphouse in Seattle. A rather expensive sampler at $9.95 for four 4-ounce samples. Pours a thin, white head with an amber body. Nose is very crisp and mildly citrus. Flavour is incredibly clean and light with some corn and light hops in the finish. Bradrcr (806) - Renton, Washington, USA - FEB 24, 2008
2/13/08 On draught at the Crab shack, Bellevue, Wa. Aroma is definitely pils malt forward with a great noble hop background that brings in earthiness and really sets this apart for those used to more common light lagers. Appearance is clear yellow gold with a low white head. Flavor is slightly sweet, and nearly as strong as a classic American lager, with a more distinct noble hop flora. Mouthfeel is low bodied with a medium carb feel. Overall, a cool brew that seems to have double the flavor of what you’re used to.
