300ml vom Fass at the brewpub down by the River Spree. Cloudy, tawny coloured body. Filmy layer with some spotty lace on the glass. Smell of dark, tart fruits. Malty-fruity taste with hints of pineapples coming through. Some notes of wheat and yeast, too. Short ending. Half way pleased with this one (Berlin, 21.11.2009).
On draught at Georgbrau Brauhaus, Berlin, March 2009. Not very dark. Like the Pils, had diacetyl in the aroma. Sweetish. Some toffee. Not a lot of body. Not too impressive. mcdav2154 (448) - GERMANY - NOV 10, 2009

Medium amber color with an average off white head. Smell and taste were very acidic and not pleasant. I did finish the beer but would not have it again.

Draught at Georgbraeu Brauhaus, Berlin. August 08. Pours a hazy brown with an off white head. Roasted malty aroma and flavour but found this one slightly sour in the finish. Papsoe (25055) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 24, 2009
On tap. Hazy deep golden with a dense, off-white head. Sweetish malty aroma with some butter. Medium body, low carbonation and a soft mouthfeel. Lightly roasted malt and again sweetish notes of butterscotch. Very subdued bitterness. 100108 KnutAlbert (6797) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 16, 2008

On the sweet side, rather thin, lacks body and a proper bitterness to lift it up. Not bad as such, just very boing.
(6/17/08) Draught at the brewpub in Berlin. Cloudy brown color with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, malt and caramel. Sweetish flavor with some malt, toasted bread notes and caramel. Light to medium-bodied. Mediocre.
