GCB: Sweet and cloying...but $2 a bottle. If you want a cheap night out in Providence RI that does not involve PBR this is your choice.

Pour is clean and clear with a short lived small whit head. Aroma lite and earthy with a touch citrus. Medium body beer that is grassy, dry and a little bitter.

Nice and flavorful. Not too strong, bubbly, and a fresh aftertaste. Just about the perfect lager for my taste.

Canned. Clear golden color, white head. Corny, bready aroma. Taste was bready, sweet. Some metalic hops at the finish. Typical cheap lager.

Poured from a green bottle. Pours a decent pale straw, with a medium white head that quickly recedes and doesn’t leave much lacing.

Smells skunky at first but it fades away and there is some light doughy malt and some grassy hops.

It is pretty light bodied, with a pinch of carbonation. Has a mix of grassy hop bitterness and sourdough flavor. The finish leaves a fair amount of hop on the tougne. Fairly dry finish leaves your throat a bit dry.

Overall, another Euro pale lager that got skunked at some point on its way to my glass. Average, no better than Heineken really.

Green bottle. Poured clear, bright golden with a short-lived cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweet honey and corn maltage with light lemony accents.. pleasant enough. The flavor found the same honey and corn at the core (maybe a little more corn syrup than honey).. dry, grassy bitterness on the edges.. nice tanginess on the finish.. again decent. Light-bodied with lower carbonation on the palate.. adjuncty, but I don’t have any complaints.

(bottle - 330 ml) Clear gold color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is lightly skunky with some sweetness and dry grass. Flavor is bitter and cloying at the beginning with a light sweet note. Middle is dry grass and some stale hops. Finishes bitter and very watery.

Yes there is alittle skunk in the aroma, but some other fine lagers have the same. Typical lager flavor. Yes it would be better on a hot day. Decent price for BOTW. Glad I tried it.

This beer is awful in a skunky urine sort of way. Awful. It makes me want to die quick.

Brewed in Germany.... Pours a straw yellow color with zero head. Aroma of mild skunk, malts, and a hint of hops. Taste is kind of grassy with some lite bitterness at the finish. The mouthfeel is almost always the same with pale lagers.....boring. Don’t waste your time looking for this one. But i have to say the name on the bottle is cool.
