Nice and flavorful. Not too strong, bubbly, and a fresh aftertaste. Just about the perfect lager for my taste.

a pleasant beer with flavors of malt, vanilla and caramel it is not cloyingly sweet. moderate body it has a bit of soul yet refreshing with a waft of alcohol and a bit of bitterness in a neat finish. all around beer.

Poured from a green bottle. Pours a decent pale straw, with a medium white head that quickly recedes and doesn’t leave much lacing. Smells skunky at first but it fades away and there is some light doughy malt and some grassy hops. It is pretty light bodied, with a pinch of carbonation. Has a mix of grassy hop bitterness and sourdough flavor. The finish leaves a fair amount of hop on the tougne. Fairly dry finish leaves your throat a bit dry. Overall, another Euro pale lager that got skunked at some point on its way to my glass. Average, no better than Heineken really.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2008 Pale gold with a modest white head. Some lacings. Has the usual skunked aroma of the green glass bottle. Taste is very solid pale lager from Europe with a pleasant grassy flavor, sweet malts countered by a dry bitter finish. Overall a good session beer. A decent alternative to US macros.

0.5l can from Tommy supermarket in Croatia. Very light and refreshing beer. Pale and clear. Not bad at all for hot summer days.

Clear golden pour with medium-sized white head that goes down quickly, leaving some lacing on the glass. Typical smell, malty and yeasty with some hops present in the background. Medium body, regular carbonation. Texture is surprisingly thick. However, no surprises in the aroma or taste. Pretty much your usual lager, thankfully without that acidic, metallic bitternes. Nothing outstanding going on here, but quite decent for what it is. Refreshing and drinkable.

Yes there is alittle skunk in the aroma, but some other fine lagers have the same. Typical lager flavor. Yes it would be better on a hot day. Decent price for BOTW. Glad I tried it.

Pour is clean and clear with a short lived small whit head. Aroma lite and earthy with a touch citrus. Medium body beer that is grassy, dry and a little bitter.

Green bottle. Poured clear, bright golden with a short-lived cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweet honey and corn maltage with light lemony accents.. pleasant enough. The flavor found the same honey and corn at the core (maybe a little more corn syrup than honey).. dry, grassy bitterness on the edges.. nice tanginess on the finish.. again decent. Light-bodied with lower carbonation on the palate.. adjuncty, but I don’t have any complaints.
