Pint on tap on Beale Street. Dark yellow color. Good adhesion, tropical fruit aroma, definitely different. Medium fresh fruit taste (starfruit?) with a bitter kicker. Points for originality in the style. Definitely a departure from the ordinary.

This is not bad for a Pale. More hoppy than typical in aroma and hop flavor. Balances well with the caramel malts. Light body and sweeter finish. anders37 (26726) - Malmö, SWEDEN - NOV 3, 2013

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2013 Pours a dark orange/amber color. Fruity smell, somewhat floral, but also a little malty. Taste is slightly bitter, but not much. The taste is too common, nothing unique. Not much carbonation. phaleslu (10334) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 3, 2012
Draft at the Westin in Memphis. Pours a clear, bright orange-gold with a small white head and a decent amount of carbonation bubbles. Aroma of sweet malts, sugars, hints of citrusy fruits, and grass. Flavor follows along the same lines. Light-bodied, with medium-high carbonation and a sweet mouthfeel. Pretty basic pale ale. csaso (2300) - Missouri, USA - JUL 31, 2011

On tap @ Superior Bar on Beale Street in Memphis - part of the "Big Ass Beer" offerings. Light copper amber pour with a thick fluffy head leaving big lacing. Caramel malts and fruity hops dominate the aromas with a touch of herb and floral. Taste is more bitter than I expected - a good thing - with a citrus and slight mango hops quality and a good dose of sweet caramel type malts to offset and balance. Pretty good effort for a town that doesn’t do much brewing. Would definitely drink again - in the Big Ass Cup too!
