Citrusy and floral aroma with yeast in the background. LIght-bodied with flavors of tart citrus, coriander, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a citrus aftertaste. Taste is medium acidic and medium yeasty and dry, with notes of grapefruit, lemon peel, lime leaves, grass, dough, hay and pepper. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Taste comprises lemon rind, straw, hint of lime, gooseberry, tarte green grape skins.

Keg at Brewdog Shepherd’s Bush. It pours clear pale gold with a small white head. The nose is earth, wheat, grainy, barnyard, wood and light tartness. The taste is crisp, tart, orange peel, lemon sherbet, lime, wheat and smooth sourness with a clean, dry finish. Light-medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Clean, approachable and juicy. Refreshingly drinkable.

Tap at BD Shperds Bush. Pours hazy yellow with a small, creamy white head. Nose is very straw and earthy with plenty of lemon zest, dough and mild musk. Drinkability is crazy good. Tap at Brewdog, Leeds. Hazy, pale orange. Minimal, white head. Tart apple. Light hoppiness. Taste has lactic tartness. A bit like home made cider, actually. Tart, dry finish.
