Poured a nice gold with white head via bomber. Nose is strong gin/junipers. Some citrus, hops and then a ginnish finish. Pretty good.

Pours orange with a big white Lacey head. Nose is juniper, citrus, wood and light spice. The taste is very citrus heavy with plenof gin notes. The finish is very gin-like with a moderate alcohol burn. Pleasant, but not really something I would choose again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled. Pours hazy deep golden with an average lacing off-white head. Aroma of citrus, wood, juniper and other spicy notes. Sweet flavor that ends up being slightly more dry and nice bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. An excellent DIPA. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Visual: Pours opaque deep coral pink with a large supremely foamy long-lasting head, thick sticky lacing, clusters of active micro streams - Flawless appearance.

Nose: floral orange citrusy sweet malt with some tangy curd (lvl-7)-pungency

Attack: silky-fine creamy-crisp, airy alcoholic, sweet malt impression

Mid-palate: fruity juniper/crème de violet, (lvl-4-sweetness), soft tangy citrus curd, toffee malt

Finish: soft dry woody oak, dry gin edginess, stealth low bitter hops

Summary: A deeply interesting IPA that absorbs compound flavours from both the gin and wine that were aged in that same barrel (Wine -> Ransom Old Tom Gin -> Gigantic IPA). An IPA at heart with a prominent floral gin component as well as a woody nuance. The finish is slightly alcoholic aggressive. I'd love to try more gin BA beers.

650ml Bottle. Pours a strong gold with a lot of off white head. Large hoppy aroma with hints of alcohol and floral notes. Full body with amazing floral and hop notes combined together. Subtle bitterness with strong flavours. An excellent IPA.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a gently hazed orange amber with a medium sized white head. Gin on the nose, sweet and fruity, wood and a touch of citrus, lime, earthy lime peels and zest. Very pretty. Medium bodied, spicy citrus over malt, thick malty sweetness, then a bit of sweet candy sugar over wood. Gin notes are lurking, lime zest, juniper, red wood and earth. Smooth and musky, long wood into the finish, soft wood and yeast, lime and a bit of lemon, sweet and estery. Fun and playful. Gin barrel definitely hangs on the back end, lingering.

My brother anecdotalised about his mates who were getting old and fat because of too much beer consumption. They switched to G&T. I bet they would love this. The colour is a hazy/cloudy reddish amber with a one finger, muted, frothy light tan head. The aroma is bright tropical fruit, biscuit, juniper and wood. Taste is primarily sour gin/juniper, oak and bitterness. The booze is there, but nowhere as strong as expected for 7.8%.

From bottle. Pours hazy orange. Grapefruit, juniper, lemon, blood orange, little spice. Really well balanced for a gin beer.
