22oz bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, a nice tropical fruitiness, some floral hops, a nice caramel and pale maltiness, and light bread. Flavor the same with a nice blend. Average texture. A nice Belgian beer. harrymel (1551) - Spokane, Washington, USA - DEC 5, 2013
Just showed up in town here in the last week, so figuring it was bottled recently..
Pours golden raisin with a surface sheet of fine white. Smells of golden malts, lightly of belgian yeast, hint of metal, a little chamomile and sweet clay. Flavor is bitter with a good yeasty peppering and some grassy malts. I like the bitterness provided here. Medium bodied with tight, dissipating carb and a wet finish. Pretty good, I like that they controlled the yeast and prevented it from dominating. Another good one from this brewery

Pours a light orange slightly foggy good head pour from a bomber. Aroma is a delicious banana citrus - oh look this is a Belgian! Well, right on to the Belgian style for sure. Oh, it’s fluffy textured - very few beers can pull that off. What’s not to like about this beer? You like Belgians? Drink this! bitbucket (2165) - Kirkland, Washington, USA - OCT 30, 2013
Pours clear gold with a lacy white head. Aroma of fruit, spice grass. I’m not so keen on the taste, which is sort of like how perfume smells. Sort of soapy on the finish. ryecatcher (1459) - Bridgeport, Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 12, 2013
Bomber. Pours an orangey-gold with a big fluffy white head, really nice retention and lacing. Nose is fruity Belgian yeasts, fresh cut grass, lilies, strawberries. Mouth is also fruity (melon, grapefruit, strawberries, apricot), yeasty spice, lilies, bread dough and a bitterness that rides throughout. First beer I’ve tried from from these guys... definitely gonna have to try some more! Really nice.

In short: A very fruity, very refreshing, hoppy and Saison-ish ale. Excellent.rumproasts (5546) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JUN 14, 2013
How: Bottle 22oz, consumed fresh a few weeks after purchase.
The look: Cloudy pale orange body topped by a large white head with medium retention and leaving lots of lacings on the glass.
In long: Nose offers freshly squeezed oranges, other fresh fruits. This very bright fruity nose does not smell hoppy-fruity, nor does it smell fruity yeast estery, a bit of both maybe, or neither, whatever happened here the fruity aroma comes out really bright and fresh. Nose is also freshly squeezed fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruits, pineapples) over honeyed cereals. A bit acidic with the lemony and grapefruity flavors coming out strong without much rich sweetness to oppose them. A bit of a Saison thing going on here with a nice rusticity sensation coming from the yeast and a high attenuation. Excellent beer with undeniable high drinkability, underrated, and reading some of the retard ratings for this fine beer makes me yearn for the good old days of natural selection.
bottle. Cloudy golden with one finger head. Lightly tart with substantial citrus. I don’t catch a lot of belgian influence. This is a strange beer, but not bad. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - JUN 13, 2013
