Pours a light orange slightly foggy good head pour from a bomber. Aroma is a delicious banana citrus - oh look this is a Belgian! Well, right on to the Belgian style for sure. Oh, it’s fluffy textured - very few beers can pull that off. What’s not to like about this beer? You like Belgians? Drink this! mages64 (73) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 3, 2012
Appearance: cloudy light orange with lots of lacing.
Nose: Spice, mandarin oranges, hoppiness, and sugary sweetness
Taste: Bitter with lots of orange flavor. It’s seriously a mandarin orange that finishes with slight peppercorn and bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with sharpness from the carbonation. super sticky.
Overall: I’m not 100% sure but I’m getting such a mandarin orange flavor and bitter finish that I’d like to be slightly more malt forward but that’s me being overly picky. I’m guessing this is blue dot.
Solid 94 because of how awesome the hops and yeast shine through.

The aroma is really what sets this off--very light with a hint of orange. Smells like a beer for warm summer months. Coppery appearance with little head. Taste is light and crisp with a clean palate--little aftertaste. Glouglouburp (6103) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 18, 2013
In short: A very fruity, very refreshing, hoppy and Saison-ish ale. Excellent.

How: Bottle 22oz, consumed fresh a few weeks after purchase.
The look: Cloudy pale orange body topped by a large white head with medium retention and leaving lots of lacings on the glass.
In long: Nose offers freshly squeezed oranges, other fresh fruits. This very bright fruity nose does not smell hoppy-fruity, nor does it smell fruity yeast estery, a bit of both maybe, or neither, whatever happened here the fruity aroma comes out really bright and fresh. Nose is also freshly squeezed fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruits, pineapples) over honeyed cereals. A bit acidic with the lemony and grapefruity flavors coming out strong without much rich sweetness to oppose them. A bit of a Saison thing going on here with a nice rusticity sensation coming from the yeast and a high attenuation. Excellent beer with undeniable high drinkability, underrated, and reading some of the retard ratings for this fine beer makes me yearn for the good old days of natural selection.
Bomber poured a hazy gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, pear, lemon zest, grapefruit, yeast and light spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, pear, yeast, grapefruit, lemon zest and a hint of spice with a smooth dry bitter lingering citrus finish. bhensonb (15761) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 13, 2013
Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours orange gold with a foamy/creamy off-white head. Aroma has NW hop and a hint of sweatsox. This is a very nice aroma. Med body or better. The best thing - there’s a lot of earth/sweatsox at the start. Then it gets fruity and bitter. With some NW hop. This is amazing stuff. My tongue is feeling barnyard while there’s fresh fruit still. Frickin brilliant ale. If I had the skill, it’s the beer I’d make. Now I just had a mint choc stout, but that was good, so I don’t think this is a relief rate. The aroma and flavor are to die for. Individual parts of the numbers don’t qualify for high, but the overall does. It’s greater than the sum of its rating parts. :) BeefPocoroba (49) - Oregon, USA - JAN 27, 2013
On tap at C Bar. Was impressed with the fresh qualities to this beer. Definitely a keeper ElGaucho (2401) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - FEB 22, 2013
Bomber brought back for me from Portland by my fiancée. Quintessential saison aroma. Murky orange body with a thin white head. Just about a perfect saison, with a little higher hop profile than most. Could use a touch more sweetness and body, but still excellent. FunkyBrewster (1518) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 11, 2013
Bottle. Pours a light clear pale gold with a small white head. Aroma is nicely floral, light fruitiness, grassy with notes of spice and herbal note. Flavor has much the same, very aggressive floral character, bright apricot and citrus with a lightly bitter finish. Medium body and crisp carbonation. Good beer
