One off batch at Gilligan’s that was hopped with hops from someone’s yard that the brewer knew. Interesting. Big hoppy nose, lots of weed, earth, leafy notes, and some vegetable notes too. Malt is somewhat toasty with a little sweetness as well. Pours a nice copper color with some haze and a pretty nice head and lace. Big hoppy flavors. Lots of weed, leafy earth, soft toasty sweetness, more lingering leafy bitterness. Actually pretty damn hoppy for an APA with an interesting hop profile that I enjoyed very much. Highly drinkable and well made.
