Can. Light golden, hazy, average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty - some wheat and sweetish aroma, some caramel and light - some banana, light fruitiness, light hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel and light - some banana, faint hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, some caramel and light - some banana, light hoppyness. Caramel sweetish hefe way too for me.Quite one-dimensional, lacks character. Schnabelhund (108) - TAIWAN - AUG 28, 2017
Komugi No Beer pours a hazy amber color with a small head. The pleasant nose is rich with lemon and orange notes, backed by light clove and yeast. A muted sweetness from the malts makes up the attack, followed by a mid-palate of citrus and cloves on a sourdough background before it makes way for the crisp finish with muted bitterness and pleasant acidity. The mouthfeel is rich yet this brew is very easy to mouth. What a pleasant surprise! Pyobon (1481) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUN 29, 2017

10,1 oz beautiful blue bottle from Rakuya Kitchen in Dupont Circle. Washington D.C. Normally I?d reject a wheat beer simply on principle, but here they have things done perfectly. One of the best I?ve eve had. The restaurant is superb as well -- try the duck salad for something really different.
