słodki, owocowo-drożdżowy zapach z nutami banana. kolor złoty, mętny, nieprzejrzysty. piana dość słaba. w smaku banan, drożdże, dość kwaśny. sloshgator (741) - Orlando, Florida, USA - MAR 22, 2014
Drank from the bottle under the name Silver Bottle according to the brewers English version website, this beer was an unexpectedly delicious. Fruity and yeast aromas coming from a pillowy white head on top of a cloudy orange pour. Taste is a well-balanced mix of wheat malt and yeast with some fruity notes. Note quite as complex as a German Hefeweizen, but really nice just the same. Yeast notes linger on the tongue. If you can figure out the labeling, this is a beer worth trying. biirusaikou (2705) - - MAR 15, 2014
Long lasting creamy head and deep cloudy body. Yeasty banana, apple aroma. rich cereals flavor, tart, orange, banana, peppery finish. This one has slowly been growing on me as one of the best-value Japanese crafts among widely distributed cans. Ratman197 (14822) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - DEC 12, 2013
Can poured a cloudy gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, citrus and clove. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, yeast, citrus and light spice with a smooth lingering yeasty finish. petewhitley (566) - Nagoya, JAPAN - NOV 4, 2013

Hazy Dark Golden pour with no head. Sweet wheaty nose hint of citrus
Flat. Semisweet. Lots of Wheat characteristics.
Unique but not quite for me. Love the bottle design.

Botella de 330ml (Elegante, baja y azul). Copa Tulipa de pie largo. Color pajizo dorado y apariencia turbia. Espuma blanca y corona tupida y persistente. Final seco y retrogusto afrutado. Refrescante y de muy fácil asimilación.
330ml bottle (Nice, blue & short). Long foot tulip glass. Golden straw, foggy appearance. White froth, lasting & close crown. Yeasty & bready notes, hints of clove & subtle smoke to the nose. Funny sparkling upfront, subtle flavors of bread & banana. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oily texture. Hints of fruit & citric peel provide soft astringency. Dry finish & fruity aftertaste. Refreshing & easy drinkable. Westkyoto77 (635) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 21, 2013
Can. Quite a unique beer, given its growing presence in stores around Japan. Fruity and fresh aromas of citrus and spice, but not as full and balanced as a true Belgian white. Flavours are fairly strong, though it got a little sour as it warmed up. Still pretty good, and a welcome sight in supermarket and conbini fridges.

330ml can bought at CitySuper in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui.
Cloudy hazy dull light golden colour with grapefruit hue; Less than half finger head with weak white foam which last for about 30 seconds; Small lacing and notable slight carbonation; Very fragrant aroma of banana, orange, light grapefruit, light caramel, malt and light cloves; Light taste of malt, mashed banana, orange, slight grapefruit, yeast, cloves, spices, very light citrus and faint glass; Medium to light body, slightly thick but crisp palate; Taste is non-sweet malt light malt in a very light tart background, with pleasant orange and grapefruit, light banana, cloves and spices; Hoppiness is minimal, mostly light citrus taste but with hint of bitterness; Finishing is very light citrus and tartness; Quite dry after taste, very easy to mouth.
Comments: A good weizen from a big-name Japanese micro which is beyond my expectations. I know that GK has a hefeweiss proper known as ‘Weizen’, so I guess this one is purposely created as a hybrid of hefeweiss and wheat ale. The weak looking head is deceiving, as its taste is very crisp, dry and clean, with colourful fruity characters including some rare grapefruit. This serves as the stellar example for the likes of Koedo and Echigo in making good German weiss. Recommended.
My Bottom Line:
This rather dry Weizen shares plenty of bananas and wheat while floral nuances prepare a mineral touch in the finish.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam quickly depletes atop the cloudy beige.
-Carbonation is appropriately high, just like in most Bavarian examples.
-The mouthfeel could be tighter and smoother, but the flavor profile is nicely expressive and engaging.
-Wheat is cleanly expressed from aroma to finish ; there is more than fermentation character in this brew...
