Served from a 350 mL bottle from the Exchange. The appearance is a slightly hazy pale white grape hue. The aromas are light with yeast and wheat. The flavors are similar with some light clove hints. With a bit of a cold I may be missing a bit here but an ok hefeweizen. zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 27, 2010
shared by Kyotolefty via Jay - nice bready arouma. Smooth bodied with some nice funk. Not bad, but a little old tasting. jkwood04 (5448) - Connecticut, USA - NOV 16, 2010
10.1oz bottle in a shaker. Pours hazy golden with a foamy but quickly fading white head. Aroma of a roasted malts and the light citrus notes from the wheat. Flavor of the citrus and light malts with a toasted/smoky flavor at the end. Average texture. A unique beer, but not the bets of its class. Tmoney99 (14486) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 16, 2010
Bottle. Pours a hazy amber hue with an average fizzy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Good wheat and banana aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Average well balanced sweet wheat flavor with a good sweet finish of short to moderate duration. Good soft drinkable beer. CapFlu (5127) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 15, 2010
(500ml blue bottle) Nose is like an over citrus pale lager. Slight oxidation. Kind of like a bad home brew with a smooth lactic, wet wheat, grainy finish. Watery and bland. Past its BBD?

Cool blue bottle is definitely an attention getter on this beer. Had this at a Sushi rest in DC. The sweetness of the wheat really brought out tremendous malt flavors. Very fresh sample. j12601 (11943) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - OCT 10, 2010
Can leftover from RBSG courtesy of KyotoLefty, which I took to a tasting at Andy’s with Joe and Zach...only missing one of the NY crew who was at RBSG. Pours a milky yellow with a thin white head. Sweet, light banana, and some lightly vegetal notes. Sweet and lightly musky. Not sure how this would have been a couple of months ago, but either the age, or something else was affecting this beer. Rather odd. jonas (7578) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - SEP 19, 2010
Blue bottle. Milky yellow, low head. Spicy aroma quite a bit of clove. Perfumed sweet. Lost some carbonation when we opened it. A bit unclean, over bb date? keepersj12 (3117) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - AUG 29, 2010
Found this in a blue bottle at Roger Wilco in Sicklerville NJ and no one knew anything about it. The said it came with the store which opened in 2008. The bottle had a 2008 date also so I was a little worried but no fears, this was quite tasty. Poured a cloudy light orange with a small head. The aroma was hweat and malt, along with some cloves, bananas. The flavor was similar with a nice peppery feel to it. Very dry finish. Tasty stuff. nick76 (4399) - Tampa, Florida, USA - AUG 5, 2010
300ml cobalt blue bottle. The aroma is very much to style with bananas, bubble gum, wheat, cloves, and a touch of grass. The appearance is cloudy yellow with floating particles. The taste is like the aroma exactly. The palate is smooth. Overall a nice attempt at a Hefeweizen.
