Blue tinted bottle with blue label, white reindeers and premium unfiltered beer under them. Pale yellow color with slight haziness, strong fruity smell, high carbonation, slightly bitter citrusy taste, long finish. A nice hefeweizen.

35cl can in Shinjuku, expensive. Pours murky pale yellow color almost milky. Creamy white head, persistent. Aroma of wheat, flour, banana, pizza dough, light spice. Taste is balanced. Average carbonation light to medium body. Nice weizen from Japan.

10,1 oz beautiful blue bottle from Rakuya Kitchen in Dupont Circle. Washington D.C. Normally I?d reject a wheat beer simply on principle, but here they have things done perfectly. One of the best I?ve eve had. The restaurant is superb as well -- try the duck salad for something really different.
