Fruity beer with rich taste made by packaging "Weizen", the traditional beer in the South Germany made of over 50 % of wheat malt, without filtering beer yeast.
Note: This beer comes in the can, pictured at left, and in a new bottle that is labeled "Silver Bottle." US Import listed as "Plateau of the Galaxy" on back label.

Wow!!Found a gem at my new sushi spot tonight!!Not sure if this is the right beer I’m reviewing under though?Bottle was blue and fat.Description is hefeweizen style brewed from accumulated water from some mountain in Japan(damn I should have wrote this down...)Anyway pours a perfect yellow/golden color with a crazy banana-bomb nose!Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy medium body.Finish is long and slightly sweet. This is new to the Atlanta market so I will re-taste in the coming days but right now I think I have found the best wheat beer I’ve ever tasted.......

Drank from the bottle under the name Silver Bottle according to the brewers English version website, this beer was an unexpectedly delicious. Fruity and yeast aromas coming from a pillowy white head on top of a cloudy orange pour. Taste is a well-balanced mix of wheat malt and yeast with some fruity notes. Note quite as complex as a German Hefeweizen, but really nice just the same. Yeast notes linger on the tongue. If you can figure out the labeling, this is a beer worth trying.

10,1 oz beautiful blue bottle from Rakuya Kitchen in Dupont Circle. Washington D.C. Normally I?d reject a wheat beer simply on principle, but here they have things done perfectly. One of the best I?ve eve had. The restaurant is superb as well -- try the duck salad for something really different.
