davidezdonz (571) - Hong Kong, HONG KONG - APR 12, 2017
A 375ml corked and caged bottle. The cork has the words Diam EX 2016, and the number 09 on it, which I think I’ve worked out to be Batch E, bottled in September 2015. Poured into a Cantillon ballon glass. It was a clear dark pinkish red colour with a very thin pink head that dissipates quickly while leaving some lacing. Aromas of raspberry jam with perhaps hints of grape juice. Tastes of sour raspberries and grape juice to begin, followed by sweet-ish berries with hints of wood. Crisp, light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall refreshing and nice to drink. Good balance between sour and sweet.

alteregoo (1680) - Kalisz, POLAND - APR 5, 2017
Piana sycząca, szybko opadająca do firanki. Barwa czerwona, opalizująca. Aromat intensywnie malinowy, lekko słodki, lekko dziki. W smaku delikatna kwaskowość, odrobina słodyczy, dużo malin, wiśni, lekka goryczka starej beczki, pestek. Średnie do wysokiego wysycenie, dość wodniste w odbiorze.
Średniak, taki malinowy soczek bez cukru i mocno gazowany...

Bottle. Clear Red in colour. Pinkish head. Very intense raspberry flavour, pronounced sourness. Sweet-sour balance. Rather dry, tart, fruity, finish. Enjoyed this. Nice! (2008)

Zlotta (3731) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - FEB 11, 2017
0.375 l bottle from ’Etre Gourmet’, best before end 2016. Clear, deep red with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, pinkish white head. Sweetish, just minimally sourish, very fruity aroma with massive raspberries up front, some red grapes and a touch of sorbet powder, no funk whatsoever. Sweetish, a bit sourish, very fruity taste of lots of raspberries, sorbet powder, red grapes and hints of wood, followed by a short, just slightly tart, a little woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, minimally astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite nice, easily drinkable, very refreshing of course, but far from deep and displays only traces of lambic.
