On a brief side note, I don’t think I have ever seen a label with such a shockingly bright color. In any event, poured a reddish color. Aroma is that of raspberry syrup, very jammy. The flavor continues n the theme, a bit sweet, albeit no where near as sweet as say a Lindeman’s. This one is suffering in comparison to the line-up we are plowing through. 375ml bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki, Lambic days 2007)
Dark pink/red. Huge raspberry aroma. Also hugely raspberry taste. Not very special. Odd tastes come and go, but can’t break through the bloody raspberries. drewbeerme (3920) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 3, 2007
bottle. pours hazed and dulled red with almost pink head. nose is really nice with great raspberry presence. fresh and vibrant. flavor is nice and fruity raspberry and watermelon, tart but not too sour, easy drinking and really tasty. not too sweet but not sour enough. Redbrown of color with a reddish head. An aroma of sweet raspberries, sour notes and sweet hints. A dry and sour flavor with notes of raspberries. Marsiblursi (3076) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 30, 2007
(Bottle, enjoyed with a very old man named rickgordon) Pours copper brown. Wild raspberries in aroma with notes of vanilla and something a bit milky in the background. Light sour with light wood tones. Undertones of strawberry cheesecake, ripe plums and apple cider. Tart raspberry flavour with notes of vanilla ice cream and strawberry cheesecake. Light wood come through in the flavour as well. Light sweet and light to medium sour. Finish is very tart and dry. Some berries and milky tones lingers. Light to medium bodied. I like.

0.375 bottle. Reddish color with pink head. Sweet strong raspberry aroma with sugary notes. Less sweet flavor with juicy raspberry and strawberry taste as well as some acidity. Farily one dimensional.

Bottled. Few years old(?) judging from the lack of Co2.
Red-amber colour, very low, instantly diminishing head. Earthy, apple musty aroma. Prune here as well. Very light bodied, and with the flatness it’s almost empty. Light raspberry touch, little apple cider, earthy with tiny notes of wood. Short in finish. Past its prime time. Tranquillity (2250) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 17, 2007
Bottle @ Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Quite clear orange/dark red, almost no head. Very fresh berry taste. Very raspberry taste, and this one gets better with every sip so be sure to get a full glass. TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - AUG 14, 2007
UPDATED: AUG 24, 2007 Bottle from Boutip. Thanks Phil! Pours a surprisingly clear reddish pink with a small off-white head that fades fast. Aroma is slightly tart, but mainly sugary raspberry syrup. Flavor follows with the aroma--way too sweet for me. This is really easy to drink--no alcohol noted whatsoever. Dry, but not tart, finish. I want the sourness and this one didn’t bring it. voota (765) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JUL 30, 2007
Clear brown/copper with a lacy pink head. A massive rotting raspberry note dominates the aroma, its not nice at all, and not something Ive ever seen in a framboise before. also present are a lot of seedy tannins. The palate is pretty mild, not too much tartness. More of that horrible raspberry in the flavour, mouldy oak and apple pips are there too. This was tremendously disappointing, and I cant help to think I got a bad bottle (at the weekend of spontaneous fermantation???)
