Deep red color. The taste is light cherry fruity notes with a complex but wellbalanced sourness and slight bitterness. A very nice pattern of fruit and lambik notes on the palate finishes this off. Very nice, thanks Jacob for letting me taste this one.

Draught @ 16th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2007, Opstal. Clear dark red color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate cherry, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a short to average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

@WSF. Strawberry color is clear and flat. Nice frozen strawberry yogurt aroma and random berries. Not getting the cherry but it’s nice. Sour tang and yogurt flavors. Solid and good.

2009-08-01. Hazy ruby red body, headless. (3+) Fruity cherry aroma is less sour than expected but with a bit of funk. (7+) Flavour has pleasant mild sourness throughout and pleasant fruit, cherry. (7+) Average to light palate. Pretty neat to try this one! Hand bottled shared by Puzzl at BCTC 2009

Hand-Bottle sampled at Papsø’s on 8/30/09: Pours a transparent bright ruby red with an airy-lacing pinkish head. Aroma of sweet and tart cherries with some cherry pie filling character and a touch of oak. Starts with a light effervescence and sweet fruity notes with a nice, lightly tart cherry balance before a drying, slightly earthy finish. A pretty nice cherry lambic.

Lambic in a box thanks to cquiroga. Pours with a hazed red hue and minimal signs of carbonation. Aroma is strong of cherries, acid, funk, leather, and lactic yogurt. Flavors haze some vinegar notes, cherries, vanilla, almonds, funk, horse and lactic acid. Medium acidity. Thin body with close to no carbonation. Red wine and jammy. Quite pleasant.

Dark red, no foam, no carbonation. Sweet and fruity lambic, aroma of cherry’s and almond. Bit sourness. Easy drinkable.
