Served in a snifter. Thanks, Chris! Nose is roast and mild vanilla plus chocolate. Flavor is roast and fairly acrid. Quite dry and too light. Not a fan. ozark123 (9) - North Carolina, USA - OCT 29, 2012 does not count
Donít waste your money on this one. I had three people try this from a 22 oz bottle I purchased. It was a race to see who could pour this down the sink first. Butters (4059) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - SEP 24, 2012
Almost a gusher. Nice brown pour with bubbly tan head. And once you get past the phenolic/plastic/prickly carbonic bite, itís not that bad. Some underlying roast and cocoa and burnt caramel. A little thin on the palate. Definitely infected, but still young and not overpowering. Beerenberger (1605) - Fischer, Texas, USA - SEP 14, 2012
Aroma is sweet malt and dark fruit. Pours a dark brown with the most annoying long lasting tan head. Taste is much like the nose with the addition of a nice bitter finish. Medium bodied and medium carbonation. Overall, an enjoyable brew…except for the head from hell.

Pours A medium dark brown liquid with a huge head of big tan bubbles. have about half the glass poured. Rather insane. Nose is of alcohol, sweet malt and hints of burnt caramel delights. Taste is rather dry for a sweet stout and just a bit bitter sour. Roasted coffee flavors and maybe a bit dark chocolate. Rather light in body for a stout. FInishes with just a hint of bitters and reedy aftertaste. Hmmm. decent beer. Heavy alcohol. Not really a sweet stout, IMHO.

It says on the bottle that itís a sweet stout, but itís really not. There is a huge head on this, so I canít get much smell off it. There is a lot of chocolate in there mixed with some roasted flavors. Fairly light on the palate for a stout. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - MAY 20, 2012

Dark pour with a tab head head. Aroma is light roast and rather vegetal. Flavor is astringent roast and rather solventy. NachlamSie (3467) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 17, 2012
Bomber from Bruisiní. Pours a deep black with ruby hints and a massively billowing head. One of those "too much head" situations. Makes me think this might have some live bacteria activity. Aroma is sharply metallic and slightly vinegary. I get a little licorice and lightly fruity notes as well. I take a sip and am amazed at how much licorice flavor is present. Itís almost like liquid black Twizzlers. Iím also surprised at how little this tastes like the aroma. Itís not strongly metallic or tart at all. Dark Construct is a surprisingly fruity stout without being overly sugary. I prefer a roastier stout. This is okay. Drake (13662) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - APR 17, 2012
Bomber from Bottle Revolution in Raleigh. Pours a very dark brown color with a large foamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of cocoa powder, chocolate, cherries and a slight vegetal note. The taste is roasted malts, cherries, chocolate, chalk, vegetal notes. Thin and overcarbonated. Improves a bit as it warms.
