[Tap] Tried this at the brewpub in mid-September. Pours a very light shade of amber with a large white head. Hoppy aroma of pine sap, oranges and grapefruit zest. The hop profile in the flavor is a bit more subdued, but pleasant. Biscuit, floral hop notes, lemon in the taste. Bitter finish. Low carbontion made this seem a little flat. A good IPA that keeps its hoppiness in check.

Draft to pint at Resurrection Roadhouse in Seward, AK pour avg gold with moderate white head. Nose moderate dank, some fruit, light sweet malt. Taste light bitter up front, then muted flavors. Some weedy, cardboard, and light grainy malt late.

savnac (2391) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - JUN 19, 2010
Tap @ Glacier. Hazy golden/light amber with a small white head. Big citrus, floral hop aroma, light pine. Flavor is smooth hop bitterness with a very light malt presence. Medium to light body with average carbonation and a long dry finish. Excellent IPA, not sweet at all, the malt is there just to hold up the amble hop bitterness. Lots of flavor and aroma hops. Go get a growler of this stuff.

Faint on aroma, like a subtle blond ale. Clear bright gold, aggressive head. Soft, creamy body, bittering hops creep in the end gently. Seems like this keg may have been off when I look at these other ratings.

Solid beer. On tap at Double Musky, Girdwood, AK. Terrific honey floral aroma with warmth. Nice clear gold color. Good balance and clean finish. Classic West Coast IPA without venturing into hop bomb territory. No complaints.

MrRomero (1976) - Nolanville, USA - JUL 28, 2010
On tap: Boston’s Pizza, Fairbanks. Golden yellow pour with off white head. Piney hop aroma with citrus notes. Hoppy pine and citrus in the flavor. Served very cold and a mild stale refrigerator aftertaste. But real good overall.

On tap at Taphouse Grill in Seattle. Colour...clear amber with a moderately thick off white head. Nose...citrusy with a lean towards the grapefruity side. Palate...moderate CO2, a quick shot of grapefruit rind and pith and then a bit of malt that balances things out quite nicely. There’s some biscuit here and some marmalade as well. Generally a well balanced IPA.

hombrepalo (1971) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 2, 2012
On tap at West Rib in Talkeetna, Ak. Poured an orange/copper color with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, spice, caramel, earth, maybe some pine and citrus. Flavor had a good dose of citrus, caramel, citrus, rye and a bit of alcohol. Good stuff.
