Growler pour, black beer, creamy walnut colored head. Aroma is roasty malt, coffee, toast, raisin. Flavor is milk chocolate, cherry, rootbeer float. Not as sweet as my description, this has great flavor and balance. The finish is not dry, but it is toasty. Body is smooth and rich, but not thick and syrupy. Carbonation is subdued. I don’t like sticky sweet stouts, this one is a new favorite. mike67 (1197) - , New Jersey, USA - SEP 8, 2013
On tap at the brewery, Anchorage, AK. Pours black with long lasting, foamy beige head. Aroma is of chocolate, toasted, nutty malt, vanilla and dry fruit. Body is medium, creamy and smooth. Taste is of chocolate malt, vanilla, coffee, herbal hops and dry fruit. Finish is long and dry. Lovely stout. Frank (4190) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 7, 2013
Another good one from Glacier. This is a thick, rich and not too sweet oatmeal stout--just how it should be. Lots of chocolate and coffee without being overbearing. I’m into it. deaconmike (470) - Roswell, Georgia, USA - JUN 5, 2013
On tap at Orso. Deep walnut. Aroma is roast, chocolate and coffee. Taste follows the nose. Moderate to heavy body with nice chewiness of an oatmeal stout. Finishes with a bit of hoppy bitterness. Enjoyed this with a nice piece of king salmon. jgb9348 (6250) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - MAY 12, 2013
Pitch black coloured body with a thin tan head. Aroma of oatmeal (naturally), coffee and caramel. Full-bodied; Nice raisin and caramel sweetness in the taste with a touch of nuts and oatmeal. Aftertaste clean, mostly sweet with a touch of roasted malt. Overall, a decent oatmeal - on the lighter and sweeter side of the style, but still a decent beer and of course great to try. I sampled this pint on draught at the brewpub in Anchorage, Alaska on 26-June-2010.

Draft: Poured a thick dark black with a tan creamy head. Aroma is light chocolate and malt. Taste is creamy silk with roasted malt, light caramel, and smooth oat. troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - NOV 2, 2011
[Tap] Tried this at the brewpub in mid-September. Pours a very deep shade of brown with a mocha foam head. Sweet and roasty aroma of bready malts, vanilla, light char and chocolate. The taste is of sweetened coffee, ash, burnt toffee, velvety milk chocolate and vanilla. Creamy mouthfeel thanks to the nitrogen. Pretty good stuff in my book. A deep dark brown stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, smooth chocolate malt with light coffee grinds. In mouth, a smooth sweet milk chocolate, malt balls, silky and smooth, medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Oct. 9 2011. nearbeer (5413) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 20, 2011
Draft at the pub. Black with creamy bubbles. Nose of coffee, caramel, cocoa. Flavors of mocha, graham cracker, and vanilla. A slightly ashy finish balances the lot nicely. Smooth, soft medium body is lightly watery and very sessionable. MaltOMeal (1094) - Land of Sugar, Texas, USA - JUL 4, 2010
Sampler at the Glacier Brewhouse. Pours black with a tan head. Nose is of roast malt and coffee. Taste is of oats with slight chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium and dry with a slight bitterness. Best brew we had there.
