16th October 2015DIBBLE (103) - Worthing, West Sussex, ENGLAND - JUN 23, 2015
Bottle on holiday in Lyme Regis. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Fine carbonation. Light dry malts, not that sweet. Mild floralness and a touch of spice. Well buried hoppy citrus and citric peel. Light finish. Serviceable bitter.
Bottle. Slightly cloudy amber ale with lacey white head. Fresh fruity malty aroma. Dense mouthfeel, well balanced with good carbonation. Pleasant blend of malty sweetness and bitter slightly metallic hops. Notes of bitter orange marmalade, citrus rind, spruce. Slightly dry finish. IronBlue (6) - Weymouth, Dorset, ENGLAND - MAY 10, 2015 does not count
Bottle from ASDA Poole. Hugely over carbonated to the point of being offensive. Light orange and cloudy. Fresh aroma and taste, light caramel body and zesty cascade grapefruit. Hard to pick out the subtleties with the prickly carb. Not their best batch I suspect? Alexi91 (437) - Bristol/Romsey, Hampshire, ENGLAND - MAR 29, 2015
