COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ondineke is a classic tripel, brewed in the ancient way, again with exclusive natural ingredients: artesian water, malt (barley), hops, yeast and liquid candy sugar. As in the Saison no spices are added. Ondineke is an unfiltered top fermenting beer. It is soft, creamy, and of golden color. It is double hopped with the last real hops available from the region of Aalst (The variety is Hallertau Mittelfrüh). Ondineke has a positive taste evolution and the bottles are best kept standing in a cool, dark place. It is best before two years after the bottling date. 8.5 % alc.vol. makes this a beer to be savoured. Preferably Ondineke is to be served at a temperature between 6 to 10° C. Moreover Ondineke is at its best when served in the originally designed Glazen Toren glass.

jredmond (8284) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 10, 2016
Bottle shared at Ryan’a August 2016 tasting. Pours a deep, hazy golden body with thick white head. Notes of spice, fruit, candied sugar, lemon, grains and a distinct Belgian breadiness to it. Nice Belgian Tripel offering, especially if that’s your thing.

alteregoo (1441) - Kalisz, POLAND - JUL 29, 2016
Pana średnio pęcherzykowa, obfita, szybko opada do pierzynki. Barwa złota, opalizująca, piwo ładnie pracuje w szkle. Zapach słodkich owoców - brzoskwinia, nektarynka, gruszka, melon oraz przypraw - czerwony pieprz, skórka pomarańczy. W smaku półsłodkie, owocowe (wszystkie owoce z zapachu plus kandyzowana morela), kwiatowe (akacja, lipa, rumianek), fenolowe z posmakami syropu klonowego i miodu lipowego oraz delikatnie drożdżowe. Goryczka niska, ziołowa, dość długa, z głogowym finiszem. Wysycenie średnie, praktycznie niewyczuwalny alkohol, bardzo pijalne i soczyste.
Udany, lekki w odbiorze i aromatyczny Tripel, bardzo klasyczny w belgijski, tradycyjny sposób.
Ps.
Mimo wszystko wersja dry hopped z nowofalowym chmielem byłaby niewątpliwie ciekawsza...

mgajdaczewa (2143) - Katowice, POLAND - JUL 23, 2016
Świetny aromat owocowy, dominuje gruszka i brzoskwinia, po ogrzaniu bardziej przyprawowe fenole. W smaku półpełne, wystarczająco soczyste jak na tripla, lekko przyprawowe, goryczka raczej niska. Urzekający owocowością i gładkością tripel.

MarcoDL (4920) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 30, 2016

Brilliant triple. Very rounded aftertaste. I prefer to drink it rather cold since it brings a more crisp flavor.

ippopotamo36 (2382) - Rome, ITALY - JUN 7, 2016
Bottle at Johnny Off L. in Rome-Italy. Paired with carbonara pasta. Grazie John. Cloudy orange skin pour, creamy white head. Nose: spices, creme brule, orange, loads of anise. Mouth: medium high carbo, sweet tangerine, lemon grass, super dry sweet finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
