Draught @ Gleumes Brauerei, Sternstrasse 12-14, Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia Germany 47798.

[ As Gleumes Das Blonde ].
Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, soapy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101007]

omhper (25162) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - NOV 11, 2012
Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden, rich firm head. Fruity nose. Mid dry with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Soft, yet firm with some grassy hops and growing, yet balanced bitterness. Nicely drinkable and quite delicious.

fiulijn (20516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 7, 2013
Draught at the brauhaus
Blond color, clean; medium compact head. The aroma is mild, more hay than grass. Soft mouthfeel; simple malt flavor, with rather low bitterness, hence almost sweet.
It has a fresh feeling, but overall it’s too simple to stand up in front of the other mass produced Lagers.

Beerhunter111 (20490) - P´Castle, GERMANY - OCT 1, 2016
On tap at the brewpub. Klare hell goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße schaumkrone. Geruch würzig hopfig, helles leicht getreidiges malz. Geschmack würzig hopfig, leicht getreidig malzig, okay!

Test vom 3.9.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,5,5,2,10,3 - 4,20

yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JAN 3, 2010
On tap at the brewpub. A clear, golden beer with a small, diminishing white head. Fine lacings. Very herbal nose, vegetal and fruity, with just a little maltyness in the background. Some malty sweetness in the mouth, quite dry, with some herbal and vegetal notes, and a decent bitterness. Medium body. Herbal, bitter finish. A rather strange one, but with good quenching qualities. 091010

bierkoning (13364) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - MAY 12, 2004
Golden color with a firm frothy head. Creamy, malty aroma and flavor with a firm hoppy and vanilla bitterness. Hint of sour cream. Well made tasty beer, a very pleasant surprise.

kevnic2008 (12001) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - MAR 16, 2014
On tap. Pours a light yellow color with white head. Grainy, earthy, grassy, hay flavors.

pivnizub (10624) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - SEP 2, 2005
Swing-top bottle: Pale-yellow coloured, thin, long lasting foamy layer, hazy; grainy, dusty nose, traces of chalk, sulphur; very soft start, grainy taste, long, dry, slightly bitter-grainy aftertaste; light bodied, very smooth, but where’s the taste.......?

JorisPPattyn (10005) - Ursel, BELGIUM - SEP 16, 2004
(draught) Deep-gold, little white head, some lace. Hoparoma (as described in Germany) "würziges", which means indeed +/- spicey-herbal. Exact. Very grainy taste, full (pale) malt grain, bit of chaff, and very little else but sweetness. Light to medium bodied, a bit sticky. Just OK beer. Doesn’t taste very fresh for a housebrew.
