Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Clear golden, rich head. Distinct grassy nose. Dry with crisp, rounded mouthfeel and light-medium body. Bready, grainy malt. Grassy hops turn to resiny bitterness. Distinct but somewhat harsh and metallic.

Koelschtrinker (21318) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 23, 2011
Konvetionall gegen Bio: Konventionell gewinnt. 8/9/8/8/9/9

Bügelverschlußflasche. Deep golden, small and stable creamy head. Solid sweet-malty nose with a touch of toasted malt and some hoppy edges. Moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium body, solid malty base. Lingering solid malty and hoppy finish. Fine brew......

It’s golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt and flower, and I find the same notes in the slightly sweet flavor. The finish is slightly dry, and it’s a refreshing pils.
