COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

75 cl bottle @ Timo A. BBE 03/2017.
Pours hazy orange color with a small head. Quite nice aroma, sweet molasses, caramel, maple syrup, some sweet ripe fruits and some alcohol notes. Flavor is also sweet and caramel-y, some molasses, syrup, ripe plums and again some alcohol, distant coffee notes on the background. Very interesting. I would have guessed this was Barley Wine if tasted wine.

750 ml bottle. Merci a Timo A! Cloudy mid-brown color with a tiny light tan head. Sweetness, rum, desert wine, some alcohol, latte, malt and more sweetness in the aroma. The flavor is syrupy sweetness, desert wine, port, alcohol, latte, malt and some sugar. Sweet but nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 750ml. Thx Tommy. Pours hazy golden with low white head. Aroma is of maple syrup, molasses. Taste is of maple syrup, sugar, molasses, some alcohol. Palate: Full bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: Surprisingly good for gluten-free. Still, I don’t see alot of occasions where I would want to drink something like this. Maybe with desert?

Bottle (750 ml). Split 5-ways. hazy orangey with a small bubbly off-white head leaving little lacing. Aroma feature loads of maple syrup, caramel, toasted notes, mild spiciness and a bit of oak. Taste is sweet with maple syrup, caramel, mild spiciness, toasted notes and floral/herbal notes. Medium body. Moderate to medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is a bit oaky. Maple syrup finish. Really maple syrup forward. Decent, but less refined than most other from this series and a bit cloying.

on tap at le griendel, qc. cloudy and almost murky golden pour with a thin white cap, some retention and lacing. obvious fragrant maple syrup, sweaty el dorado barrels - coconut, sweet toasted cereals, few astringent tannins, very mineral - almost salty, some sweetness - floral and spicy buckwheat honeyand coconut water; spices. moderate to soft carbonation, medium body - velvety; sweet and mineral-spicy-woody finish. despite unliking maple syrup in beer, flavors are blending perfectly. much appreciated.
