Cask, Slug & Lettuce, Leicester. Amber gold with an off white head. Aromas are weetabix and light lemon with trace lime. Earthy with peppery hops. Flavours are dry biscuit with weetabix and pithy, bitter lemon. Clean on the palate with peppery spiciness. Not bad.

50cl bottle from a friend. White foamy head. Blond colour. Nice enough beer.

Cask at the Craven Arms, Birmingham. Poured a clear amber with a thin bubbly white head. The aroma is malty, but weak. The flavour is weak bitter, a little malty and some citrus hints. A very agreeable and drinkable session beer but I would prefer a little more bitterness if i’m honest.

Cask at the GBBF 2015. Low fluffy and quickly disappearing off-white head. Clear amber body. Weak malt caramel aroma. Thinbodied malt straw flavor with a dusty note. Little hops bitternss. Low carbonation, short finish.

UPDATED: MAY 21, 2012 Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 20/05/2012. Amber with a slight, off-white head. Cereal malt notes, with some fruity sweetness and hedgerow hops, leading to a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Svesse (8796) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - APR 14, 2012
(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 5 April 2012) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, apricots and slightly earthy hops. Fruity, malty taste with notes of apricots, citrus and a generous earthy/citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with just a touch of sweetness. Well balanced with an attractive hop character. Nice one.

Cask conditioned – handpump – GBBF. A copper coloured bitter with some citric hop in the aroma, but also a sweetish undertone. The taste is crunchy and malty. Some cracker notes and a touch of late sweetness. Quite nice.

Fra cask/gravity på den koselige - og knøttlille - Newport Ale House, Isle of Wight 24 Jan 14. Mørk gylden. 0 skum. Svak ferskenaroma. Smaken litt vassen. Mandler. Svakt søtlig ettersmak. Grei - men litt kjedelig.

Cask (The Bell,Whitchurch) - Golden/amber in colour. Lightly hoppy aroma with some grapefruit and tea notes. Refreshing light hoppy notes in the taste with tea and grapefruit featuring again with a malty element. Well balanced.

[email protected] Light copper. Light floral, malty, bready nose. Soft bittered. Slight earthy, bisquity malty, some citrus green hoppyness. Ok, nothing too remeberable.
