W smaku i w aromacie - słd, lekka miodowość chlebowość. Słabo, pusto, przeciętnie.

330ml can into shaker. Bought from Asian supermarket, Southern Cross station Melbourne. Nose is sweet and malty, head is solid and white. Crystal clear yellow beer with medium carbonation. Light body, a little zingy. Finish is a touch of grain with doughy sweet malt and tin. Ordinary Asian lager.

Sweet grain malts, molasses. Clear gold, massive, frothy, white head. Very sweet. Grain and bread malts, very sweet, lively carbonation. Sweet Lager, just about quaffable to wash down spicy food. Can an Bao, Soho.

This is my regular, go to brew in Taipei. You find it everywhere and it is distinguished by the picture of medals on the label. If you ask for Gold Medal you will just get puzzled looks. Ask for Jin Pai, which is Gold Medal in Chinese. Coming from a hot country it compares favourably with macro-brews from Europe. Nothing special, but quaffable.

33cl can. Watery and tastes like fruity sugar paper with a finish of rice pudding. Not great.

9/IV/16 - 50cl can @ home - BB: 26/VII/16, canned: 26/I/16 (2016-320) Thanks to Arvid for the trade!

Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, bit adhesive. Aroma: grains, cow fodder, hay, bit dirty, cow stable. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very sweet start, bit sugary, soft bitterness, bit stale, musty. Aftertaste: sweet, some banana, sugary, fruity, some yeast.

Bottle at Cafe 8. Gold medal? Wow I wonder what the silver medal was like then... This a pretty mediocre cloying sweet and grainy brew, cardboard is there too. If you really have to tick it, then drink it fresh and fast paired with red hot spicy dishes.
